Air Navigation policies are identified with Country Name - Year. The year refers to the effective year or the year when the State confirmed it is still effective, whichever is the most current.

Airport Charges policies have two different naming conventions:

• Country Code – Airport Code – Year: Used when the airports of the same State have different charges. The year is the most recent between the effective date of the policy or the year that the State confirmed its validity.
• Country Code – Year: Used when all the airports of the same State have the same policy.
